Terms

These terms describe the support-led Turniero private beta for Austrian table tennis clubs.

• Turniero is provided during the beta as a free, controlled and support-led service; subscriptions, billing, online checkout and broad commercial self-service are not part of the current offer.
• Access requires support approval and provisioning. After the owner invitation, the club configures the organization, tournament, categories, registration and event operation independently.
• The club remains responsible for invitations, participant data, player eligibility, venue rules, manual payment status, refunds, corrections and lawful use of its tournament data.
• The first beta focuses on core singles operations: round robin, round robin plus knockout and direct knockout. Additional formats and automated payments are not part of the beta proof.
• Public player registration and live views are available without player accounts; internal lists, contact details, notes and admin actions remain limited to organizer and support roles.
• Turniero may adapt, limit or temporarily disable features during the beta when security, stability, data quality or beta learning goals require it.
• Users must protect access credentials and must not submit unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing content. Misuse can lead to suspension or removal from the beta.
• Support can assist with onboarding, invitations and technical issues, but after provisioning should not maintain or correct tournament data on behalf of the club.
