These privacy notes describe processing for the waitlist, onboarding, organizer access, tournament operations, player views and consent-based analytics in the Turniero private beta.

• Controller contact for privacy requests: Turniero, support@turniero.com.
• Waitlist requests contain club name, contact person, email, consent and timestamps; they are used for contact, qualification and support-led beta onboarding.
• Onboarding and account access may include organizer invitations, password reset emails, roles, permissions, support audits and security logs.
• Tournament and player data are processed for registration, categories, draws, table control, results, manual payment status, public views and TV displays.
• Public registration lists remain redacted for player-facing views; full contact details and internal notes are limited to authenticated organizer and support roles.
• Technical service providers support hosting, email delivery, CMS, authentication, tournament operations, security and consent-controlled analytics.
• Waitlist leads are deleted after 365 days by default; support can delete individual requests earlier when a valid request is received.
• Optional Tianji analytics plus Umami analytics and heatmaps load only after cookie consent; consent is stored in the browser and can be revoked there.
• Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent, and contact a data protection supervisory authority.
