1. Read history by events
Open history and review the newest events first. Organizers can see whether score entry, table assignment or registration decisions happened in the expected sequence.
2. Treat the active version deliberately
The active version is the state organizers continue working from. Before resolving a problem, confirm whether the current version is really the right reference point.
3. Continue only from a reviewed state
Actions like "Continue from this point" should not be used casually. Check version, time and affected events first so an outdated state does not return to active tournament operations.
4. Answer questions from the timeline
When players or helpers ask about a score, table decision or category change, the timeline is the fastest shared basis. It reduces disputes and avoids parallel explanations.
