Print match sheets and certificates in Turniero

How the tournament desk prepares match sheets, registration confirmations, wall sheets and certificates.

Paper often still matters on event day: match sheets for tables, wall sheets for orientation and certificates for the closing ceremony. The important part is that every printout comes from the current tournament state.

Turniero groups event printouts in the print center and keeps reusable certificate design in a separate certificate studio.

1. Open the print center from the tournament

Choose match sheets, registration confirmations or wall sheets directly in the active tournament. Before printing, check whether matches, categories and payment state already reflect the version you want on paper.

2. Print only what is needed

Do not automatically print everything. Select the next match sheets or relevant wall sheets so helpers do not work from outdated paper stacks.

3. Prepare certificate design

In the certificate studio, the club chooses a template, checks placeholders and saves a design for later events. Adjust preview values so names, category and placement look realistic.

4. Review before final printing

Check winners, placement, category name and club name before certificates are printed. The same rule applies to match sheets: verify the current state once instead of correcting scores later.
