Manage club settings in Turniero

How organizers prepare club profile, defaults, print options, displays and feature visibility cleanly.

Club settings are the starting point for repeatable tournament work. When the club profile, defaults, print options and feature visibility are correct, every new tournament starts with less cleanup.

Do not check these settings for the first time on event day. They affect new events, public links, printouts, displays and organizer navigation.

1. Review club profile and defaults

Open Organization Settings in the club context. Check display name, contact email, home venue, timezone, default language, match format, score entry mode and table count.

Profile and defaults define how new tournaments are prepared in the organizer.

2. Prepare registration, printing and displays

Decide whether public registration portals stay visible by default, which paper size match sheets use and which hall displays are paired.

Matchday options connect public portal behavior, paper output and hall screens.

3. Control feature visibility deliberately

Choose a preset first and then adjust individual features only when the club really needs them. Disabled features disappear from organizer navigation and related entry points.

Feature visibility keeps the organizer workspace focused for the club using it.

4. Check a test event after changes

After saving, open an existing or new test event. Verify that navigation, public portal behavior, print options and displays appear the way the tournament desk expects.
