Enter scores and corrections in Turniero
How organizers use live score entry, bulk entry and corrections without changing tournament state blindly.
Score entry is a fast event-day workflow, but every entry changes tournament state. Normal scores, batch entry and corrections should therefore be used as separate workflows.
Turniero connects the score sheet, match queue and correction warnings so the desk can work quickly while keeping the state traceable.
1. Select the right match from the queue
Choose the match deliberately. Check category, round, players and table before entering set scores or saving the result.
2. Use bulk entry for several clear results
When several completed paper scores need to be entered, bulk entry is faster. Enter only results that were already checked and save the batch deliberately.
3. Treat corrections as their own workflow
For a completed match, Turniero shows correction context. Review the warning, affected players and downstream impact before applying a change.
4. Check public views after every correction
After changing a result, review the match list, category path and public view. Players should not see old and new states at the same time.
