Configure the public registration form in Turniero

A good online registration form collects exactly the data the tournament desk needs later. Too few fields create follow-up questions; too many fields slow players down.
In Turniero, the public form belongs to tournament setup. Text, required fields and custom fields are prepared there before the link is shared.
1. Edit form text
Maintain title, introduction and terms in English and German. The copy should briefly explain what the form is for and which rules players accept by registering.
2. Choose required fields deliberately
Email, club and rating are often useful. Phone or notes should be required only when organizers really use that information on event day.
3. Use custom fields only for operational decisions
A custom field should support a concrete decision: check-in window, shirt size, acknowledgement or another operational detail. Avoid fields that nobody will review.
4. Test the public form yourself
Open public registration, choose a category, check required fields and read the terms from a player's point of view. Share the link only after the player-facing view is clear.
