Build a venue map in Turniero
How clubs prepare tables, paths, entrance, information desk and hall variants as reusable layouts.
A venue map prevents many small event-day questions: where is table 3, where do players check in, which route must stay clear and which tables are only for warm-up?
In Turniero, the venue map is managed in the club workspace. The same club can prepare multiple layouts and reuse them by hall, table count or event format.
1. Select an existing map
Start in the venue map library. Check name, item count, canvas size and last update before opening or duplicating a layout.
2. Place tables and paths on the canvas
Open the map and place tables, paths, entrance, exit and information desk. Link table elements to the real table numbers so the layout matches table control.
3. Plan player movement deliberately
Do not think only about table positions. Plan the route from entrance to check-in, from the tournament desk to tables and toward exits. Mark narrow paths so helpers can keep them clear during the event.
4. Review before publishing
Check the layout from a player's point of view: can someone find table, check-in and spectator area without prior knowledge? Only then should the map be used for public views or displays.
